I’m SkyLuna, a pole dance and yoga instructor specializing in wellness and confidence-building in the pole community. With five years of pole experience and national and international competition experience, I blend technical training, musicality, body awareness, and strength work to help dancers move with confidence. I specialize in invert fluidity and transitions, connecting base work with aerial work, strength training, and combinations that feel strong, fluid, and uniquely you. I currently teach up to the High Intermediate level.

Reckless Rhea

Teaching since 2019, Reckless Rhea is passionate about strong fundamentals, clean technique, and intentional movement. Her classes build the strength and body awareness behind each skill while encouraging students to explore variations that work best for their individual bodies. Expect a mix of strength-focused tricks, dynamic movement, unique shapes, and just the right touch of flexibility. In addition to pole, Rhea co-teaches partner acrobatics alongside James, the Blacrobat, with the same focus on technique, communication, and strong foundations.

Mae finesses the floor and lower third of the pole with fluidity, intentional transitions, and an emphasis on musicality. Her passion for body awareness and movement quality manifests as detailed instruction and embodied movement. I’ve been pole dancing for six years and practicing aerial arts for about eight. My focus has always been beginner and high-beginner work with light choreography and transitions, and I love taking my time with movements so they can really sink in. Variations of every kind are my favorite thing about pole. Discovering where to go from where I am is honestly a lesson in life. Fun fact: I used to be a professional hula hooper in the circus.

I started my pole journey four years ago while looking for a new physical challenge, and it quickly became one of my greatest passions. Since then, I’ve been teaching pole for the last three years. My style is strength-focused with a love for spin pole. I enjoy blending grace and power to create fluid spinning flows that showcase both artistry and control. In class, we’ll focus on fundamentals, smooth transitions, and finding flow between movements through seamless combinations that help us feel strong and graceful.

My name is Kenesha (Neesh), also known as Pole Savage. I have been pole dancing since November 2019 and teaching since January 2022. I love using my skills as a Physical Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer to help students make progress in their pole journey. Pole provides endless opportunities for growth and keeps me motivated to improve on the pole and in everyday life. I enjoy all styles of pole dancing, especially tricks and all things strong-girl energy.

She has taught nationally and abroad, specializing in spin fluidity, choreography, and her signature Thick with Tricks method, which centers fat, mid-size, and plus-size bodies in aerial movement and transitions. She is also a multi-medaled competitor, judge, and co-founder of Curves and Chrome.
